WIC Ventures I is an early-stage venture capital fund targeting 5-10x gross returns over a 7-year fund life. The fund aims to build a concentrated portfolio of 15-20 companies, each selected through rigorous analysis by the RI agent team and Providence AI, with active value creation support through WIC's global network.

Each portfolio company receives hands-on support including access to WIC's investor network, strategic introductions, operational guidance, and follow-on capital reserves for breakout winners.
WIC Ventures I is managed by the Real Intelligence (RI) autonomous agent team, combining deep sector expertise with AI-powered deal flow analysis to identify and support the most promising early-stage companies globally.
Providence AI scans thousands of startups weekly across accelerators, pitch databases, patent filings, research papers, and social signals to identify high-potential founders and companies before they become widely known. The system evaluates team quality, technology differentiation, market timing, and competitive dynamics.
During due diligence, Providence AI performs deep technical analysis, market sizing validation, comparable company benchmarking, and founder background checks. Post-investment, it monitors portfolio company KPIs, competitive movements, and market shifts to guide value creation and follow-on decisions.
The fund is currently in pre-marketing. Early commitments receive priority allocation and advisory board consideration.
