By accessing worldinvestcenter.com or engaging WIC services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
WIC offers strategic investment advisory, deal sourcing, capital raising facilitation, and portfolio strategy services. Our engagements are conducted under individual advisory agreements which supplement these Terms. Services include:
WIC is a strategic advisory firm. Our services do not constitute: (a) investment advice regulated under MiFID II, the UK Financial Services and Markets Act, the US Investment Advisers Act, or equivalent legislation; (b) legal, tax, or accounting advice; (c) a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any specific security.
You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. We strongly recommend engaging qualified legal, tax, and regulated financial advisers before making any investment.
Our services are available to natural persons aged 18 or over and legal entities. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Fees are as listed at time of purchase. All transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. in USD unless otherwise stated. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) which are the client’s responsibility.
Refund policy: Strategy Sessions and one-time services may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. Monthly and annual subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice; no partial-month refunds. Capital Raising engagements are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Both parties agree to treat all non-public information shared during an engagement as strictly confidential. WIC will not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit written consent. Case studies published on our website are fully anonymised.
All content on worldinvestcenter.com — including research, reports, models, and the Providence AI system — is proprietary to WIC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WIC’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. WIC is not liable for: loss of profits; loss of investment; indirect or consequential damages; or decisions made based on our advisory output.
You agree to indemnify WIC against any claims, losses, or damages arising from: your breach of these Terms; your violation of applicable law; or your use of our advisory output in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer in which case local mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
